What defines a fan’s seat in front of a TV in an ongoing high-octane Cricket match?
Not the best viewing angle, not the comfort, and not even the proximity of eatables on the table. It’s the place that gets the team a wicket, the place that stops our wickets from falling, or the place that brings some boundaries. That’s the power of mind. (Or love for the cricket.)
That’s what a sport brings with it. It makes us believe in illogical, it makes us find rationality in irrational things. And as far as it is working, I don’t think anyone is going to question it.
If wearing blue makes your team win, then nothing in the world can stop you from doing that. If winning Indian Jersey is a must, you are going to wear one.
Someone can call it illogical; the fans will always consider it magical.
